Jennifer C. Wolfe, Esq

I started my law firm in May of 2000 when I was just 28 years old serving technology start-ups and emerging growth companies on the cusp of the dot com boom in the areas of intellectual property, venture capital, franchising and licensing. I expanded the firm with a satellite office in New York City and began working with Fortune 500 clients in intellectual property a few years later providing a cutting edge technology focused environment for our attorneys and professionals.

In 2012, I merged the firm and created a joint venture with Sadler, Breen, Morasch & Colby and we became the largest woman-owned intellectual property law firm in the country specializing in software patents and intellectual property strategy. In 2014, the firm was ranked in the top 75 patent law firms in the country.

Throughout my law career, I have started and/or partnered to form other technology and digital businesses, but continue to maintain a law practice serving chief legal officers of large global companies and technology driven entrepreneurs.  I continue to value the gold standard of service, integrity, working with my clients as part of their team and always with a business-minded focus to help solve problems and deliver value.  I provide thought leadership to my clients through my continuous research, books, writing and speaking.
